3. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:

A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was wrongly removed
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts
Your physical or electronic signature

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a legal action within 10–14 business days.
